The entire team of MC Wellness is very professional and they care a lot about their clients. I have always been scared of food and never enjoyed any meals because I had such negative thoughts regarding food. When I joined MC Wellness, I learned so much from Monika; she guided me to a new mindset. This shift not only helped me to be more free and mindful around food but also relieved my stress and anxiety regarding my eating habits. I have lost 9 pounds, all because of small lifestyle changes I learned to make when I was enrolled with MC Wellness. No extreme diets, no extreme exercises, just small lifestyle changes for the rest of my life. Highly recommend their program.

My one and the only goal was to fix my digestive system. In 2019 summer, I was on a high strength amoxicillin course that had messed up my gut flora. I had tried everything - skipping milk or wheat for days, went through an overall allergy test, and acupuncture, but to no avail. One of my colleagues and neighbors had mentioned naturopathy, but it was not until my conversation with Monika when she explained in detail the impact and benefits, that I made up my mind and followed the recommendation diligently. She followed up with me on my progress and recommended recipes to get through this natural treatment. The biggest tangible change I have noticed since the beginning of the program is that my tummy is back to normal. I'm off medication now. Makes life easy! Monika is a great coach to work with. Her knowledge and passion about the health and wellness field are quite evident in her approach. My main goal for joining her program was to regain my energy, sleep, and lose some weight along the way. I also have anxiety issues. She created a unique plan for me based on my needs and guided me throughout our 6-month program. I lost 14 pounds of weight during this pandemic just by adopting some healthy habits without dieting or hour-long workout sessions. She taught me how to have a healthy relationship with food and how to honor our cravings. I have tried a lot of fad diets, boxed meal plans in the past but nothing was permanent. I resorted back to my old habits every now and then. Monika taught me the real meaning and importance of holistic lifestyle. I have learned some practical ways to deal with stress and anxiety which has further helped me with my sleep issues. Now I feel fully energized after waking up which has been a game changer. I would describe Monika as a very professional, and caring coach. She will not rush but will go at your pace and help you achieve your goals. My three main goals were to be happy, be mentally and physically fit, and lose weight. Based on our initial success call, Monika created a plan for me and throughout the three months of our program she kept encouraging me in achieving my goals. My biggest takeaway from her wellness program is to prioritize my own health and well being and start living the life of my dreams. I can’t thank her enough for this mindset shift. I have dealt with depression for most part of my life until I joined Monika’s coaching program. She has taught me some lifelong tools to deal with stress and anxiety especially during this pandemic. I have implemented all those tools and will continue to use them throughout my life.
